Roaring Stories: Climate of Love
ACES, in partnership with The Community Office for Resource Efficiency (CORE), Lead with Love, Writ Large and KDNK, was thrilled to present the 3rd annual Roaring Stories, live from Rock Bottom Ranch.
As capacity at the event was limited this year, we were excited to live stream the event for the first time – then there was a power outage in the area, knocking out the internet for two hours. Internet is the foundation of a remote live broadcast. Without it — as you discovered — there can be no streaming.
The silver lining — thanks to livestream sponsor Charles Cunniffe Architects and radio partner KDNK — is that our team was on site to record Roaring Stories. That’s good news for you and all of our listeners and viewers. The entire performance was recorded!
It was a wonderful evening of storytelling and we can’t wait to share it with you. We are currently editing the production and as soon as it is ready, we will post a link for streaming and let you know the date and time for KDNK’s broadcast.
In these extraordinary times, we have all had to learn how to be flexible. Last night, our collective practice paid off: we continued to adapt and move forward. Thank you for rolling with us — and being with us — through it all.
