ACES Annual Harvest Party 2025
Join us Saturday, October 4 | 11am – 2pm session | 2pm – 5pm session | $15 ticket | Children 3 & under free
Celebrate the season with crisp air, colorful leaves, and good old-fashioned fall fun at Rock Bottom Ranch! Food, beer and wine will also be available for purchase.
- Harvest Party is a car-free event! Please bike or walk down the Rio Grande Trail to Rock Bottom Ranch. We also offer complimentary shuttles to this event. Shuttle stops are located at the Basalt Park & Ride and Grace Church in Emma. Handicapped parking is available on-site with permit.
- Bikers: Additional parking is available at the Basalt High School lot for guests who would like to park and bike to the event from a closer location. The distance along the Rio Grande Trail is about 5.5 miles.
- Please remember that dogs are not allowed at Rock Bottom Ranch.
- Wear warm layers & sturdy footwear. This event can be chilly and muddy! Bring extra layers and footwear that is tough enough for walking around the Ranch.

Live Screen Printing with The Project Shop:
To participate in screen printing, bring a light-colored cotton shirt or other items to screen print (items made with more than 50% cotton will print best)!
Pie Contest:
Think your pie is upper crust? Prove it in the pie contest!

Tickets for the Harvest Party are non-refundable and non-transferable. This event happens rain, shine, or snow—just like fall in the Rockies.
