Barn Dinners with Silo – SOLD OUT

Please read the following carefully, as this is a new dinner series and will be different from our typical Farm to Table Dinners!

Join ACES for our new summer series, Barn Dinners at Rock Bottom Ranch. In this series, we will be partnering with local chefs to create unforgettable farm fresh meals. Enjoy an evening celebrating ultra-local, sustainable, and regenerative agriculture.  This locally sourced meal will feature farm fresh products from our ranch and other Roaring Fork Valley and North Fork Valley farms.  

This experience includes appetizers, a 3-course meal by SILO, libations, and a socially-distant guided farm tour. We can accommodate vegetarian and gluten free with advanced notice, unfortunately other dietary restrictions or allergies cannot be accommodated for these events. Check-in & libations begin at 6:15pm and at 6:30pm there will be a farm tour with dinner to follow. Tickets are $67 each.

Limited seating (up to 40 guests) is available for these intimate, physically-distanced (and socially engaging) meals in our open-air pole barn. We will arrange seating so that you and your group will sit together, at a safe distance from other parties. Please limit your group number to six (6). We encourage people to purchase tickets together if you would like to sit in a group.

Barn Dinners will be held rain or shine! We are unable to refund tickets due to inclement weather.
