Burlap Dinner | Hoop Houses: the Multi-use Structure

Join us at Rock Bottom Ranch for a casual evening exploring our agriculture systems followed by a family-style meal in our open-air pole barn. The evening begins with wine and beer, followed by a chance to dive deep into the infrastructure involved in our diverse vegetable and livestock productions with our agriculture staff, and concludes with dinner and dessert. Beverages included.

The theme of this evening is Hoophouses: the Multi-use Structure. We use hoophouses for year-round livestock and vegetable production and have five varying designs on the ranch. Dinner will highlight our pastured poultry and greenhouse grown-vegetables.

The kitchen is able to accommodate vegetarian and gluten free dietary restrictions with advanced notice, so please let us know if you need either of these options during registration.

Burlap Dinners will be held rain or shine! There are no refunds or registration transfers.

Please contact Trisha at communityprograms@aspennature.org if you have any questions!
