Burlap Dinners 2025

SAVE the DATES! Tickets on sale July 23 at 12pm.

Join us at Rock Bottom Ranch for a casual evening exploring our agriculture systems followed by a family-style meal in our open-air pole barn. The evening begins with wine and beer, you will then have a chance to dive deep into our agriculture production with our agriculture staff, and the evening will conclude with dinner and dessert. Beverages included.

We will sell tickets individually, with a limit of six tickets per order.

The kitchen is able to accommodate vegetarian and gluten free dietary restrictions with advanced notice, so please let us know if you need either of these options during registration.

Burlap Dinners will be held rain or shine! There are no refunds or registration transfers.

Thursday, August 28: Mimicking Nature

This evening, our livestock apprentices will highlight what they’ve learned about pasturing animals in harmony with nature using key principles of regenerative agriculture. Enjoy a feast featuring our livestock products and see for yourself how we use multi-species grazing rotations to conserve and enhance our soil by mimicking natural grazing patterns. This meal will highlight both our meat and egg products.

Thursday, September 4: Farming for the Future

Join our livestock and vegetable production apprentices for an insider tour of the ranch. Hear firsthand about their experiences- from daily tasks to the most valuable lessons they’ve learned this season. Along the way, you’ll learn about key practices in maintaining soil health and practicing regenerative agriculture. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into the ACES Farmer Training Program and how it’s shaping the next generation of land stewards and agricultural leaders. This meal will highlight both our meat and vegetable products.

Thursday, September 11: Growing at Altitude

Learn from our apprentices about the unique challenges of growing at over 6000 feet. They will highlight what they’ve learned this summer about overcoming the challenges posed by cool nights, early and late freezing temperatures, and an abundance of wildlife when farming on a nature preserve. We will feature tips, tricks, and systems that allow us to grow gorgeous produce high in the Rockies. The meal will be a vegetarian and highlight the best of the season’s crops.
