Chicken Butchery & Stock Making Workshop
Join John Middleton, Ranch Director, and Cameron Mackenzie, Livestock Manager, for an evening in the Rock Bottom Ranch kitchen. Each participant will have the opportunity to butcher their own RBR chicken with step-by-step guidance and then learn how to use what’s left to make chicken stock. Everyone will bring home their own butchered chicken!
You must register in advance to secure your spot! The cost for this workshop is $60 per person and includes a ~5lb chicken. The workshop will be held from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Please park in our main lot and walk down the path to our main center where we will be meeting in the kitchen. Accessible parking is located by our main center.
