Chicken Harvest Workshop

Join us for a Chicken Harvest Workshop at Rock Bottom Ranch! Register online before September 16th at 12pm to secure your space.

You will get a brief tour of our ranch to learn more about our pasture-raised broiler chickens and hands-on experience in all aspects of processing, including slaughter and hand-plucking of a bird. Everyone will leave with a fresh chicken at the end of the workshop!

Cost is $100 for one chicken and $150 for two. Chickens will be 5-6 pounds. Please reach out to communityprograms@aspennature.org to inquire about financial assistance or with any questions regarding the workshop.
