Farm to Table Dinners at Rock Bottom Ranch | July – August | SOLD OUT
All of our Farm to Table Dinners for the summer 2023 season are sold out. Guests are welcomed to ACES’ regenerative agriculture campus during the peak of summer harvest for a unique meal experience highlighting the delicious collaboration between our farmers and local chefs. Attendees will enjoy a multi-course feast of small bites, plated dishes, and regional beer, wine, and cocktails. Each Farm to Table Dinner includes a guided farm tour and welcomes guests to engage with our regenerative agriculture systems and the seasonal rhythms of the farm.

The Farmer & Chef | Founded by Joey Scarlett and Tiffany Pineda-Scarlett. These chefs are passionate about supporting our local food systems – one plate at a time. They also operate the Aspen Art Museum Cafe and offer both private chef and catering options.
Hominy Southern Kitchen | Hominy is a family-owned and operated restaurant. Chef-Owner Jake Burkhardt was the Chef de Cuisine at the Village Pub in Woodside, CA, where he held a Michelin Star for 2020 and 2021. Being from Tennessee he is inspired by his Southern roots, integrating Southern Cuisine with local and seasonal ingredients.
Field2Fork Kitchen| Chef and Owner Mark Hardin strives to connect our community through food. With over 20 years of experience, he creates wholesome dishes made with the best ingredients. By working directly with regional farmers, he designs custom menus that highlight vibrant local flavors.
