Picnic on the Preserve: Membership Dinner (SOLD OUT)

ACES members are invited to our annual membership dinner, Picnic on the Preserve, on Monday, June 13 at 5:30pm. Kick-off the summer season with a community celebration at Hallam Lake with drinks, a gourmet dinner prepared by Rock Bottom Ranch, and live music by Smokin’ Joe Kelly. 

Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door.
Kids ages 3-12 are $10. Kids 3 and under are free.

Ticket links have been sent to current members via email; you will not be able to purchase tickets through our website — you must use the links provided in your email. Live Screen Printing with The Project Shop​! ​We invite you to bring (or purchase at the event), a tee-shirt, tote bag, or other items to screenprint a harvest-themed image! If you bring an item, it should be clean and more than 50% cotton for the best printing result!

Please walk, bike, bus, or carpool to Hallam Lake whenever possible as parking is extremely limited. If you must drive, please park efficiently in the ACES lot. Overflow parking for Hallam Lake is available in the West End (2 hour free parking) with an easy walk down to the nature center.
