Join ACES on Saturday, October 12th from noon – 4pm to celebrate fall at Rock Bottom Ranch! This all ages, family-friendly party features a locally-sourced lunch using ingredients from Rock Bottom Ranch, pumpkin carving, apple cider pressing, vegetable harvest, hay rides, face painting, pie baking contest, art with The Art Base, photobooth, live music from A Band Called Alexis, ranch games, and more!

This event is officially SOLD OUT! Thanks to all who purchased tickets this year. We can’t wait to see you on Saturday, October 12th at Rock Bottom Ranch! Tickets for Harvest Party are non-refundable and non-transferable. This event is rain, shine, or snow!

Transportation & Shuttle Information:

This is a car-free event! Please bike or walk down the Rio Grande Trail to Rock Bottom Ranch, or use one of our free shuttles. Shuttles to Rock Bottom Ranch can be picked up every 15-20 minutes beginning at 11:45am.

• Shuttle Location #1: Basalt Park and Ride, Basalt Ave, Basalt CO 81621 (the upvalley side) – MAP
• Shuttle Location #2: Grace Church at Emma, 1776 Emma Road, Basalt, CO 81621 – MAP
• Biking: Bikers can park at Basalt High School and then ride the rest of the way to Rock Bottom Ranch along the Rio Grande Trail – MAP

Volunteer at Harvest Party!

We need volunteers! As a volunteer, you will help support this wonderful community event. In addition, you will receive an annual ACES membership, as well as lunch, free admission to the event, and pizza following clean-up! Volunteer shifts are from 10am – 1pm, and 1pm – 5pm. This year, we need help with: Pumpkin Carving Contest, Apple Cider Pressing, Farm Games, Face-painting, Check-in, Waste Management, Parking, & more!
