Story of the Land

Join us for a week of immersion into the world of discovery! What stories do our landscapes tell us and why do they look the way they do? Participants will uncover many of the geologic mysteries of the Roaring Fork Valley around Rock Bottom Ranch, and how these stories influence the many animals and plants that call this place home, and the history of human relationships with our landscapes. Why are our soils the way they are, and how can we be the best stewards of our land.
