About the Instructor:

PJ Murray discovered her passion for yoga in 2011 while living in Fort Collins, CO attending Colorado State University. Seeking balance from the demands of school, yoga became her sanctuary and a means to reconnect with herself. With two years of dedicated practice, PJ completed her initial 200-hour yoga teacher training through CorePower Yoga. After graduating from CSU, she relocated to Aspen, CO, continuing her yoga journey and training at Aspen Shakti. Through her personal exploration on the mat, PJ has witnessed the transformative power of yoga, fostering a deeper understanding and connection with herself. She draws inspiration from yoga’s ability to guide us in exploring the mind-body-spirit connection and embracing presence in our daily lives.

Recently, PJ has been sharing her expertise by teaching workplace wellbeing yoga classes for Pitkin County and the City of Aspen and is excited to teach ACES Wild Yoga and offer a class to the Aspen Fire Department. Her teaching philosophy centers around creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for students to explore their practice. She is excited to continue her journey as a yoga teacher, supporting her students’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

100% of the proceeds support ACES environmental education programs.
