Burlap Dinner | Pasture Health
Join us at Rock Bottom Ranch for a casual evening exploring our agriculture systems followed by a family style meal in our open-air pole barn. The evening begins with wine and beer, followed by a chance to dive deep into our pasture management with our agriculture staff, and concludes with dinner and dessert. Beverages included.
The theme of this evening is Pasture Health. Pasture isn't just grass, it's a diverse perennial-based plant system–full of dozens of species that grow year after year without needing to be reseeded. We raise livestock in order to steward the pastures, extending the carbon sequestering and soil-building potential of grasslands.
Member price is $54 per person. Non-member price is $60 per person.
We will be selling individual tickets this year, with a limit of 6 tickets per order.

The kitchen is able to accommodate vegetarian and gluten free dietary restrictions with advanced notice, so please let us know if you need either of these options during registration.
Burlap Dinners will be held rain or shine! There are no refunds or registration transfers.
