Jennifer Goldfarb
Jennifer Goldfarb is Chairwoman of Beauty for All (BFA) Industries, a beauty innovation platform with personalized subscription services in IPSY and BoxyCharm and a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands like Refreshments and Item Beauty. Jennifer co-founded and co-ran BFA as President for 7 years before transitioning to the Chairwoman role. Founded in 2011, BFA currently reports more than $1 billion in revenue from commercial operations in 3 countries and has more than 500 employees.
Prior to starting BFAI, Jennifer spent seven years with Bare Escentuals, first running the company’s infomercial business, and subsequently serving as VP of Corporate Strategy. Jennifer started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs & Lehman Brothers after graduating from Duke University and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
She currently serves on the board of 1800 Contacts, the world’s leading online vision provider. She is also on the boards of the Stanford Cancer Institute and DukeEngage, a program to address critical social issues – locally and globally – through service projects. Jennifer lives with her husband and 12-year-old twins in Snowmass Village, CO, where they enjoy hiking, biking, running, skiing, playing board games, and reading great books.
