Molly O'Leary

Events Director

Molly O’Leary was raised in a Navy family, which meant her childhood was filled with moves both across the country and internationally. This unique upbringing sparked a lifelong curiosity about people and places, and shaped her passion for connecting with communities. Molly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, a background that fuels her creativity in designing fun, visually stunning, and community-driven events.

Since moving to the valley in 2016, Molly has made the mountains her home and has had the privilege of contributing to several beloved local nonprofits, including Anderson Ranch Arts Center and the Buddy Program. Over the years, she has played a key role in planning and coordinating a diverse array of events—ranging from high-profile fundraising galas to world-class lecture series, and free community-centered gatherings. Through her work, Molly strives to create events that are inclusive, sustainable, and exciting for the Aspen community.

When she’s not planning events, you can find Molly on the slopes (an ok skier), backpacking (at a leisurely pace), mountain biking (safely), or rock climbing (slowly and cautiously) during weekends. Outside of the outdoors, she enjoys knitting, reading, and spending time with her dog and cats.
