Rock Bottom Ranch
Join ACES at Rock Bottom Ranch for a special summer evening celebrating our land, farmers, and local, sustainable agriculture.
Each Farm to Table Dinner features a thoughtfully prepared four-course menu highlighting ingredients grown at the ranch, paired with regional beer, wine, and cocktails. The evening begins with a guided walk through the farm, offering a closer look at our regenerative agriculture practices, followed by dinner and the flavors of the ranch in a setting that reflects the beauty and abundance of the season.

The July dinners will be reimagined and will take place out in the field at Rock Bottom Ranch, offering a more immersive, open-air experience. Guests will be seated at tables in the field, with dinner served family-style on shared platters. In case of inclement weather, dinner will move beneath the pole barn.

These evenings offer ACES’ more traditional Farm to Table experience—an elegant, plated dinner under the pole barn at Rock Bottom Ranch.

Ticket Restrictions: The maximum number of tickets is six (6). Due to limited capacity, members are only allowed to purchase tickets to ONE (1) Farm to Table Dinner, so that more members have the opportunity to also experience these special evenings.
Weather: Events are held rain or shine. Be sure to check the forecast and temperature on the day of the event and plan your outfit accordingly. Wearing layers is always a smart choice, and if rain is expected, consider bringing a waterproof jacket or an umbrella just in case.
Dietary Restrictions: Our Farm to Table dinners reflect what’s in season. We can accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian needs with advance notice, but are unable to support additional dietary restrictions.
Seating: We plan seating in advance to ensure we can accommodate all our guests’ needs. If you would like to be seated with another group of ticket holders, please notify us in advance.
Chef Bios:
Crave Aspen: Crave is a boutique Aspen catering company specializing in seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine. Founded by chefs Katie and Gabrielle, Crave focuses on locally sourced ingredients and creating memorable dining experiences throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.
Elevated Table Catering: Born in the heart of Aspen, we have been catering in the Roaring Fork Valley for over fifteen years. We offer meals that are unique and customized for your needs, not one menu is the same. We offer both Chef Services and Catering Services from meals in your home to private events. We want to create an experience that will bring your loved ones to the table.
