Brodie Kettelkamp

Finance and Operations Director

Born and raised in Pueblo, CO, a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder and an Aspen resident ever since, Brodie has always called Colorado home. After earning a degree in Finance, Brodie began and grew his career in real estate practicing asset management and property management operations. During this time, he helped execute the acquisition, disposition, refinance and recapitalization of multifamily and student housing assets across the country.

Brodie is thrilled to now be directing the financial activity and operations for ACES. He believes that ACES has a unique position being located in the Roaring Fork Valley amidst one of the most affluent and global small mountain towns. ACES has a tremendous opportunity to spread its impact of environmental stewardship and leadership on the world’s stage; Brodie is eager and humbled to support in that effort.

On the weekends you can find Brodie sharpening his (self-proclaimed) proficient handyman skills, skiing, playing tennis or golf, and mountain biking.
