Emma Harrison

Naturalist

Emma attended the University of Virginia, earning a degree in Global Studies with a focus in Environments and Sustainability. For the last two years, Emma has been working at the James River Association in Richmond, VA, delivering place-based environmental education to K-12 students. Emma cultivated a love of the west during a 30-day backpacking expedition in Wyoming’s Wind River Range, and spent a summer living in Avon, Colorado. Through personal exploration alongside educating others, Emma has developed a passion for inspiring landscape stewardship through connection and deepening understanding of surroundings.
