Jazmine Lillie Pace is a Jamaican-American Denver local, with her bachelors in Agronomy (Plant and Soil Science) from The Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. After graduating in the spring of 2025 she most recently spent last summer as an Research and Extension Experience for undergraduates fellow partner with BSU of Maryland. As a fellow she researched the efficacy of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in forming symbiotic relationships with 5 varied sorghum genotypes for drought tolerance and food insecurity mitigation at Egerton University in Nakuru, Kenya, Africa (publishing pending). Jazmine has previously volunteered at Denver Parks and Recreation greenhouse and community gardens throughout the city of Denver. Jaz has agricultural experience working with the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) in Brighton Colorado, St. Croix Virgin Islands and Caguas Puerto Rico, over the past 3 years. Jazmine Lillie has a passion for sustainable agriculture with a concentration in conservation and food security.

Outside of work Jazmine enjoys solo traveling the world, learning new languages as a bilingual English/Spanish speaker, music, yoga and the endless pursuit of knowledge and nature.
