Shay Huetz
Naturalist
Shay studied Conservation Biology at State University of New York (SUNY) College of Environmental Science and Forestry. While in college, he spent time in the dendrology lab, studying and identifying tree species. Shay worked as a Water Chestnut Removal Intern for the Oswego River in New York and helped develop a planting program to restore native water lilies. He also has experience as a veterinary assistant and traveled to Panama for a Tropical Ecology course.
