Join us at the Ranch for a new twist on ACES’ beloved Farm to Table experience. This laid-back evening is rooted in local food, the ranch’s working landscape, and community. Tickets go on sale Thursday, May 28—don’t miss out!
When you arrive, check in and head out into the fields to enjoy a welcome drink and a spread of farm-fresh hors d’oeuvres from Rock Bottom Ranch as the evening begins.
At 6 PM, the BBQ buffet opens with a delicious lineup of seasonal salads alongside classic favorites like brisket, smoked chicken, and hearty chili. Kid-friendly options will also be available.
Settle in wherever you like—grab a seat at the tables in the pole barn, relax at picnic tables on the lawn, or bring a blanket and stretch out on the pasture. Spend the evening enjoying live local music, wandering the ranch, and taking in the easygoing atmosphere at your own pace.

For the past decade, ACES at Rock Bottom Ranch has partnered with CapK Ranch, a local, family-run cattle company rooted in the Roaring Fork Valley and known for raising high-quality, sustainably produced beef. We’re proud to celebrate this partnership, which reflects a shared commitment to land stewardship, animal care, and providing nourishing food to our community.
Event Details:
Rock Bottom Ranch has extremely limited parking. We encourage guests to carpool or bike to the event. All bike riders will be entered into a raffle to win fun prizes like free eggs, meat, and event tickets.
This event will be held rain or shine. If it is postponed due to circumstances beyond ACES’ control, it will be rescheduled, and all purchases will be honored on the new date. No monetary refunds will be issued.
