Cambridge University psychologist and eco-doula Lindsay Branham will equip you with practical tools to explore your own relationship with the Earth through this half day immersion with trees.

Trees live, behave and thrive in a dynamic mutually beneficial ecosystem that can not only be our map for how to likewise do the same, but relationships with them can meet us in our pain, which in turn can help us meet the earth in theirs.

Do you want to be well? What if your wellness and the earth’s was connected? And what if we could help each other become more whole?

Together we will explore the wonder and interconnectivity of trees. Exploring trees as refuge, as family, as connector and as protector, this half-day immersion will help you cultivate awe and wonder, build connective tissue with trees, be known by the wider world of relationality and even inspire concrete ideas for meaningful action on behalf of the planet.

Weaving experiential exercises, meditation, listening with the Earth practice, circle sharing and embodiment practices, this immersion will help you feel refreshed and rejuvenated, with a deeper connection to trees.

The poet Rainer Rilke wrote,“These trees are magnificent, but even more magnificent is the sublime and moving space between them, as though with their growth it too increased.”

This graciousness is a whole world.
